The aim is to collect, verify and organise all the documents available on the complex, both at a general scale and on each one of the five school buildings.
Action 1 will result in a risk-map of the site where to identify major issues and prioritize next
interventions.

CONSERVATION
CONSERVATION ACTIVITY
Action 2 focuses on architectural conservation. The goal is assessing the state of repair of the buildings and setting an appropriate methodology of intervention to ensure their conservation.
A number of on-site and off-site tests and analyses will performed, in partnership with the Cuban professionals.

LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT & FLOOD RISK ASSESMENT
Action 3 is focused on the Rio Quibù and on a comprehensive landscape project for the green area also aimed at reducing the risk of flooding.

SUSTAINABILITY
ENERGY & SUSTAINABILITY
Several scenarios of energy self-production, water and waste management will be considered, assessing how to make good use of the natural and renewable resources present in the large park.
The challenge is to bind the conservation of the complex to energy saving and the use of renewable sources.
